Is It Painful?

Having a colonic should be a relaxing experience. There may be a little discomfort upon insertion of the speculum but the colonic itself should not.

It may feel a little strange but you will soon get used to it and your therapist will explain at every stage.

Slight cramping pains may be experienced but your therapist can give herbal solutions which will quickly relax the bowel.
